Oh cry out oh Israel
your children weep
and even your place of prayer
is invaded by those who enter
hate in their heart and
blood in their minds
call out to the lord
in our grief, that we might
come to justice,
not succumb to rage,
to bring us right thinking
and to carry it in our hearts
in the place of the hate
that dwells in the hearts
of our enemies.
